How can a performance improvement project pay off within 12 months?

Based on many projects we accomplished, the preparation and analysis phase takes between 1 and 3 months, followed by 3-12 months of implementation and validation of results. For a typical performance improvement project where no major investments are planned, the initial costs are typically a small fraction of the expected benefits (otherwise, why do it?). Hence the payback period is usually months or even weeks.

There are many consulting firms out there, how are you different?

We use data and knowledge to construct a portfolio of initiatives with the highest ROI and paybacks of less than 12 months. We are confidently pricing our work with a Pay-For-Performance model, which as we believe is how the performance improvement projects should be priced.

How does Pay-For-Performance pricing work?

We charge a small one-time fixed fee, and the majority of our compensation is contingent upon the additional profits we identify. We are in the business of creating additional profits, not adding up to SG&A. We have different pricing options and there will be one that will suit you – reach out to us and let’s talk about it.

What is Ideation and is it really free?

Ideation is a ~1-hour introductory call with our team to exchange ideas and brainstorm the issue. We don’t charge to talk to people.
